1. Who we are
Find Me Doctor is an independent editorial directory that helps patients discover doctors by specialization, city and country. We are not a hospital, clinic, telemedicine service or insurance provider.
2. Information we collect
- Information you submit through our contact / inquiry forms (name, email, phone, message).
- Basic technical data (browser type, device, anonymised analytics).
- We do not collect medical records, diagnoses or insurance information.
3. How we use information
Inquiries are used only to respond to your request and help guide you to a relevant specialization or location page. We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact details with doctors or hospitals without your consent.
3a. Callback requests & doctor enquiries
When you submit a "Request Callback" form on a doctor's profile, we collect your name, phone number, preferred call time and a short reason for the visit. We use this information only to:
- Pass your enquiry to the clinic you selected, with the consent you provided on the form.
- Follow up on the status of your enquiry, if needed.
- Detect spam and abuse using a hidden honeypot field and basic technical signals (user-agent).
We retain callback requests for up to 12 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us. We do not use callback data for marketing, retargeting or any third-party advertising.
The "Message on WhatsApp" button on a profile opens a standard WhatsApp chat with the clinic. Messages sent through WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy — we do not see or store them.
3b. Suggest-an-edit submissions
When you submit a correction to a doctor's profile, we collect the field name, the suggested correction, and (optionally) a source link and your email. These submissions are reviewed by our editors and are not published instantly. We may contact you on the email provided to verify the source.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for site functionality and aggregated analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
5. Doctor profile data
Doctor profiles are compiled from publicly available information on the internet and editorially organised for discoverability. If you are a clinician and would like a profile updated or removed, please contact us.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of any personal data you have submitted by contacting us.
